  1. Microphone volume has dropped to appx 10%

I have a laptop with Windows 10 built in including realtek mic & speakers.

Unfortunately my mic is stuck on appx 10% volume & no matter what I try in terms of troubleshooting I cannot seem to raise its volume.

As a result I am unable to use my laptop for teams/zoom/skype etc.

I was wondering if anyone may be able to help me fix?

    :)
