Windows 10: Microphone volume very low - not sure how to fix this. Driver reinstallation doesn't seem...

Or am i not doing this right.The only time the volume was "Correct" was this one time where everything was much higher pitched than it should besquirrel/midget/chipmunk voice" i have since reinstalled drivers, and now back to low volume on microphone.

Microphone doesn`t work

My microphone and ear-phone doesn`t work. Please help me, I have windows 7 home basic, my computer reproduces a sound, but devices no.

 

Headset Microphone, when speaking I'm using 5% of my total microphone volume.
