Windows 10: micropone

Hi guys

I have a problem that when I play Zoom no one can hear me and every thing is on but no one can hear me

can some body help me please?

E51 headset output problem

I do have the same problem.

Mine is E51 silver, 100.34.20 (16.1).

The output is fine with the standard HS-47, but not when i plug HS 45- connected with AD54 and AD52, that work prefectly on my 6120c.

Very low sond, almost silent.

Yes, ther's trick to do..

First, I connected my HS-45 directly to AD52 and plugged to E51. It will work as headset with no microphone, ther's message : use phone's micropone, instead. But the sound is out now, very good.

Then, I remove the HS 45, plugged to AD54 then plugged AD54 to AD52.

The sound is very loud, but the buttons on AD54's not work yet.

Unplugged them, and then plugged it bak to E51. Sometime it will make E51 recognise them as Headset with microphone. Then I can enjoy music with HS 45, not as loud as when the AD54 disabled, but fairly clear and let me use AD54's buttons and I can use them
as microphone to receive call.

But, sure I'm not happy with this.

It's not good for my AD54 and AD52 to plug and unplug them everytime I want to use... not pactical either...
