Windows 10: Microsft account dialog closes when adding a User

I want to add a New User to my Computer so I do the basics "Settings>Accounts>Family & Other Users". But when I click add another user the Microsoft Account window appears complete in its windows theme gray and it has its Application Text, Maximize, Minimize, and Close buttons. But, after a couple of seconds, the window closes/crashes. It does the same thing when adding a Family Member User. Is there a way to fix this problem?

I would suggest you to try following methods and check if it helps.



I suggest you to follow the steps how to create the child account as below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key and select
  settings.
• Click on Account and select
  Family and other users.
• Then click add someone else to this pc and
  select add child’s account.
• Enter the child’s email address and click on Next.
• Then click on finish.
