Windows 10: Microsft Store BUG after bieng hacked

Hello my name is Andreas,So my pc got hacked for some reason i ran the program R-Kill and it deleted the trojan but now i cant log in my Microsoft account store only the hacker created a account and deleted all my paid store apps so now i need to buy them again i tested it on my brothers laptop because i can actually log in there and now i get an error code and i reinstalled it with the App package command in powershell. But it doesnt work, now my only hope is resetting the pc but i dont wanna do that bc it takes a hefty amount of time to reinstall all my stuff from steam plus my steam

*Microsft Store Issues - Windows 11*

Computer #1

So, first computer iv had cross my desk started with Microsft store stating "offline" even through the computer is connected and im on the computer. This is reported since the user uses Quickbooks to submit payroll and will not submit if Microsft Store is reporting "offline". This computer was doing this at her home and when it was moved to my office/location, no issues with opening and getting apps in the Microsoft Store. When the user brought it back home, it worked for about 2 weeks and disconnected again. No fix since it is working right now with no changes other than shutting down and powering up the computer at my office (it worked) and then back to her home which it works until it breaks again. This system is doing this even before i Reinstalled Windows 11 onto the system (Windows 10 prior with same issue).

Things Iv Tried/Computer Info:

• Local User account with Microsft accounts linked for emails and ect.
  
• Removed work and school accounts to see if that helps
  
• Conducted DISM, SFC, and CHKDSK commands with no fix
  
• Repaired/reset Windows Store with no fix
  
• Changed DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 with IPV6 off with no fix
  

Computer #2

User can't submit payroll in Quickbooks as well because of the same issue above, Microsoft Store offline but once i created a new user profile, Microsoft Store opened with no issues and has worked great but im still watching since this is the first time another computer is doing the same thing

• Personal Microsft Account user profile (currently its a Local user account since I made the change)

• Repaired/reset Windows Store with no fix
  
• Changed DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 with IPV6 off wit no fix
  

It doesnt seem network related but more of a Microsoft account/ Microsoft Store issue and I need an answer regarding this for my client.

Ill answer any questions regarding things i have tried and will be watching these 2 machines over a duration of time but mostly happens around end/beginning of the month for Payroll. Nothing is adjusted and drastically changed, simple computer wiuth Windows 11 running Quickbooks and does payroll on it for clients (both systems)

*these are 2 systems, 2 different people, 2 differnet internet connectuions at home with nothing related other than Quickbooks and conducting payroll*
