Windows 10: Microsft store

Hello,


I went to MS Store and searched Adobe Photoshop, then Lightroom. When I clicked on 'get,' a redirect happened and it said 'You own this app.' When I click install, the button gets pressed, but the installation doesn't start. I pressed the button many times after that to no results. Is this just my computer getting slower or is there a fix?

I would suggest you to clear the cache memory of the Windows Store app.

Try the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows + R keys to open Run window
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter.
  

Now try to open Windows store and see if that helps.

 

Installing updates to apps from the Microsft Store

A software conflict or system issue can cause a slow performance when installing updates for your apps from Windows Store.

As an initial troubleshooting, please perform the following:

• Make sure that the Date, Time, Time Zone and Location are configured correctly on your PC.
  
• Refresh your Account by signing out from the Windows Store and sign back in.

After the steps are done, we recommend resetting the Windows Store cache:

• Press the ‘Windows + R’ key on the keyboard.
• Type "Wsreset.exe" and press
  Enter.
