    Microsoft 10 PC. I have a blue circle to the left center on my screen with another cursor inside of it. It takes control of my cursor and opens new windows on it's own. I've wiped the machine. Help!

    Windows 10 Faded blue circles on screen and double cursor pointers.

    Windows 10. Faded blue circles on screen not the small spinning blue circle. Have two cursors. One locked in the blue circle at top of screen and the other operational cursor now flashes and very slow. How can I fix this?

    Windows 10 Black Screen Cursor Spinning Blue Circle

    Read other suggestions but to no avail. What I have done so far. Ran Dell repair and recovery and clicked restart. Got Dell screen white circle dots and then went back to black screen white cursor and blue spinning circle. Frozen in that state. Cannot get
    passed with any of the keys to Task Manager, etc. Is it time for a professional?

    I have the blue loading circle next to my cursor.

    The blue loading circle is next to the cursor only on screen 1 of my multiple displays. It is not present on Screen 2 or on the laptops display when I open it. I have tried numerous suggested fixes including changing the look of the cursor but nothing
    changes it on screen 1.
