Windows 10: Microsoft 11 enterprise evaluation won't change to regular enterprise

i am IT admin for my organization and we all our workstations arrive pre-installed with windows 11 enterprise. recently i needed to format one of the workstations and re-installed windows 11 enterprise from the image on this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/download-windows-11-enterprise .after the installation, i checked the system > activation and it shows the activation state as active, but the windows shows me the desktop message that this is an evaluation license for 90 days. i have connected it to our active directory, and logged in with an account that has an E3

• Are you the one who installed the Windows 10 Enterprise Evaluation or is already installed on your laptop?
  
• If you're the one who installed the Windows 10 Enterprise Evaluation, how did you install it?
• Are you using the Windows 10 Enterprise Evaluation for home use or are you on a business environment?
• If you're on a business environment, are you one of the IT administrator on your company?

Windows 10 Enterprise Evaluation

I confirmed that they had the links backwards. Downloading the LTSB version gives you regular Enterprise and downloading the Enterprise version gives you the LTSB version. I found this out the hard way, because I wanted the regular Enterprise version, but
got the LTSB version. You can tell by the watermark in the bottom right corner of your desktop.

 

I have windows 10 enterprise evaluation 18362.418 how can i upgrade to windows 10 enterprise without formatting the pc

i already did these steps .............

"Go to Start > type in regedit

Open Registry Editor.

Go to the following Registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion

Change the EditionID value data from EnterpriseEval to Enterprise. Next, change the value data of the ProductName value from Windows 10 Enterprise Evaluation to Windows 10 Enterprise."

??????What do you mean by ????

"Now you can upgrade it using the regular Enterprise ISO image! " how can i do this?
