Windows 10: Microsoft 360 Programs freeze

Our Microsoft 360 programs open for a few minutes then freeze and have to be exited through task manager. We've checked that the subscription is current, it is.One troubleshooting site suggested closing all non essential programs on start up...I have no idea what is essential and what is not.We mostly us Excel, Power Point, and Word, but we're users not IT people. Please help us restore these programs. They are essential to our work and our personal finance management. Microsoft signals end of Paint program

Microsoft has confirmed that it will continue to offer its graphics program Paint.

In a recent update, it had listed Paint as a feature that would be either removed or no longer developed.

Paint, renowned for its simplicity, has been part of the Windows operating system since its launch in 1985.

Microsoft suggested it would not remain on Windows 10 by default but did say it would be available for free on the Windows Store.

Xbox 360 for Windows does not work

To address your concern, we suggest that you uninstall and reinstall the Xbox 360 controller driver. To do that, follow these steps:

• Go to the Device Manager.
• In Device Manager locate Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver for Windows
