    Microsoft 365 Access


    When I try to open a document from OneDrive on Microsoft Office or Excel, an old microsoft account is automatically logged in and tells me I need to use another account to activate 365. I remove the account and signout on the app office or excel and try to sign it, and it still give me the same message. It continues to re-route to the wrong account and won't let me access/use Microsoft office. I have removed any remnants I can find on the keychain access on Mac, and redownloaded 365 . Still getting the same errors
