I cannot find the license key for 365

As per checking the shared information that you are looking for your License for Microsoft 365. Just to set your expectations that we have limited tools for checking your account, subscription, and service details in Community.

Allow me to ask:

• When and where did you purchase the Microsoft 365?
  
• Are you able to login to your account in https://account.microsoft.com ?
  
• I would like to know what @domain and who is hosting your email account? example for @domains: Gmail.com, Yahoo.com, Outlook.com/Hotmail.com
  
  • May I know if the account is for Work/School use? or Personal (Hotmail/Outlook.com) use?
    
• What error message are you getting when signing into your account?
  

If you purchased Microsoft 365 online, you should have received an email with the license key. You can also find the license key by logging into your Microsoft account and going to the "Services & subscriptions" section. From there, you can view your subscription and the associated license key.

Regarding for you changing the payment details in your account. You can follow this steps: To change your payment method in your Microsoft account, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to the Payment options page on the Microsoft website.
   
2. Sign in with your Microsoft account credentials.
   
3. Find the payment method you want to update and select View or edit card.
   
4. Enter your updated information and select Save.
