    Microsoft 365 only running on the internet and when I try to install it on this computer it says its already installed. I have already tried to use the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant but it fails to reinstall it. This all started when I went to control panel to uninstall Office 365 because it was all in French.

    Jessen,

    The trouble shooter did not fix the problem.

    The same problem occurred when I installed office 365, 3 or 4 months ago.

    Eventually it disappeared as a matter of course. However waiting for that to happen again is not ideal.

    Hi Wynona

    Inside your Office account, for the machines it is installed on it should be showing the computer name.

    To get computer name right click start, left "Run", type sysydm.cpl

    In window that opens the full computer name should be listed.
