Windows 10: Microsoft 365 Outlook loading two copies in the Taskbar and disappearing from Taskbar after...

I subscribed to MS 365 after I bought my new PC couple weeks ago. As on my old PC running outlook 2010 I placed the now MS 365 Outlook Icon in my Taskbar on this new PC. However, when I click on that icon Windows loads a second Outlook Icon in the Taskbar that I then must click on to look at my Hotmail account.

For a few days whenever I logged out of my User Account and come back the Outlook Icon is no longer in the Taskbar and it's not even in the Start window "All Programs" area. I have to type "Outlook" in the Search bar, right-click and again pin Outlook to the Task Bar where it stays unless I log out.

MS 365 Outlook Support says now, after a week, it's a Windows issue and passed me off.

I'd appreciate any insight...

Are you using Outlook 365 desktop client or Outlook Web App?

What taskbar list are you referring, is it Windows 10 Task View?
Could you provide screenshot here where do you want to see recently opened email?

Although, there is no taskbar list in Outlook 365 desktop and Outlook Web app client to check recent opened email.

If you are referring to Windows 10 Task View, should contact Windows 10 support rather than Outlook.
