    Hello

    On my previous computer using Windows 7, and now on this computer using Windows 10, I have used my Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 6000 v3.

    I will start typing on all kinds of applications including all Office Apps and on a Chrome Browser and the cursor just blinks. Then, eventually, it seems that the keyboard catches up at some point and types in the last few letters that I have typed. This
    happens randomly. I have called Microsoft Support and they have done many repairs to software for Office 365 and spent 20 minutes re-initializing Windows 10 that I just purchased and installed on a newer 64 bit desktop computer. The problem persists. I looked
    to download the software for this version of the wireless keyboard to re-download onto my Windows 10 BUT I can't seem to find it. Is there some help you can provide. It is super irritating that I am typing lots of text and nothing appears on the screen for
    any application. Oh, and I changed the batteries several times thinking this might be the problem. It isn't the batteries!

    Please help.
