Windows 10: Microsoft Accessory Center not detecting Microsoft USB Link or Microsoft Modern Wireless...

I've just purchased the "Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset" and installed the "Microsoft Accessory Center" app. When I open the "Microsoft Accessory Center" app it doesn't recognize the "Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset". The list is empty! I've tried everything but it doesn't recognize it. See screenshot in attachment, the language is in Dutch. I'm very upset and dissapointed! I guess I'll return the headset back to the store. Why is this happening? I need a solution for this.

Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset not detected by Microsoft Accessory Center

I recently purchased a Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset, and it's OEM and in Spanish. I live in Bermuda, so a lot of the products we get are for Latina America and Caribbean, which means a lot come in Spanish and we have to change them.

I downloaded the Microsoft Accessory Center and opened it, and it does not detect the headset at all. I've tried the following steps:

• Unpairing and re-pairing the headset
  
• Uninstalling the MS Accessory Center and reinstalling
  
• Running all Windows updates and rebooting
  
• Turning the headset of and on again while the Accessory Center was open
  
• Connecting via the USB dongle
  
• Connecting via the USB cable
  

The Accessory Center was not able to detect the headset at all, but the headset is showing and working in Windows audio properties and Device Manager.

Microsoft Accessory Center not detecting Microsoft USB Link or Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset

When I plug in the USB Link for the Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset the Microsoft Accessory Center is not detecting either device. The white light is on, and the devices appear to work fine within Teams. I've reset the Headset which didn't change anything.

Where is the solution for this issue reported?

We need someone to post the solution to resolve the issue. Accessory center manager is not detecting the Microsoft Wireless Headset even though it says it is compatible.
