Windows 10: Microsoft Account asking for verify each time I use laptop

I am using a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 laptop with Windows 11 Pro. Every time I sign into my work account which is the only account on the laptop it asks me to please sign in to your work or school account to verify your information. Signing in every time is not a issue but it is highly annoying, how do I make it stop??I have done some research and believe it maybe something to do with Windows Hello, but this is a new issue and I've had the laptop for almost 2 years.

I suggest you to try the below methods and check if this helps.

Method 1:

I would suggest you to run the Microsoft Account Troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Method 2:

I would suggest you to switch your Microsoft account to a Local account first and then switch back to Microsoft account and see if this helps in resolving the issue.

Please refer to the following steps:

From Microsoft account to Local account:

• Click on Start and select Settings.
• Click on Accounts.
• Now you can see Sign in with a Local account instead click on it.
• Follow the onscreen instructions by entering the password.

Local account to Microsoft account:

• Now login with Local account.
• Click on Start and select Settings.
• Click on Accounts.
• Now you can see Sign in with a Microsoft account instead click on it.
• On next pop up enter your Microsoft account ID and password and follow the onscreen instructions.

There are two times when Microsoft asks to verify your email address: when you add an email address to your Microsoft account, and the first time you send an email from a new Outlook.com address.

Microsoft account verification

When you sign up or add an email address to your account, we automatically send a request to that email for you to verify that we have the right address. To finish the process, just follow the verification link in the email.

If you need a new verification link, here’s how to get it:

• 
  Sign in to the
  Microsoft account website, and select
  Your info.
  
• 
  Select Manage your sign-in email or phone number.
  
• 
  Select Verify next to the email address, and then Send me verification email.
  

Outlook verification

Spammers sometimes use automated programs to create email accounts and then send junk email to others. When you send an email message from a new Outlook address for the first time, we ask you to verify that you’re a human, not an automated program.

When you click the verification link, you're asked to type a series of random characters as shown in a picture. (You can listen to an audio file that states the characters if you prefer.)

Outlook will occasionally prompt you to verify your account again, just to make sure you're still you and your account hasn't been compromised by spammers.

My laptop keeps asking me to verify my account and change my password, its really beginning to annoy me that this keeps popping up, I am already verified and don't want to change my password, how can I stop this please.
