Windows 10: Microsoft account blocked and canʼt receive code

I reset my windows 11 laptop 3 days ago. And I entered my account in it. Now I know that the account I entered was blocked. I wanted to sign in to unblock my account. But the code is not coming to the number I entered. Or my country is not supported by microsoft. It would be better. if I entered here with an email instead of a phone number. Is it possible? Every time I turn on my laptop it asks me for a code but not a pin code its annoying. Is it possible to delete it without logging into the account? Thank you in advance

I understand you're not receiving a verification code for your Microsoft account. If your security info's are up to date, you may be experiencing delays receiving the code which I have also experienced before. But if you have already waited too long and have made a couple of attempts, I suggest following the suggested steps in the "Troubleshooting verification code issues" section on the support page below.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

The error code that your are getting when adding an account is usually caused by the following:

• Your phone has an incorrect date and time set.
• You do not have a data connection.
• Your phone is in a "bad state."
