    Alright for a bit of context, I created my microsoft and google accounts using the same Gmail over 12 years ago, I used to have it in Spanish since I lived in Chile, a Spanish speaking country, years passed and moved to Canada, I changed both in Google and Microsoft accounts my region and languages years ago, didn't had any problems on my old PC, until I bought a computer here in Canada.I did the startup configuration the forced Microsoft Account login to setup the system too, of course and the overall system is in English how I wanted, but everything that has to do with Microsoft account, t

    Windows 8.1 update changed the language, can't change back

    Maybe, these will help... it seems it is a common enough problem.

    Language packs are no longer available after you upgrade to Windows 8.1

    And, sort of the same here --> Add a language or keyboard

    You'll need to download the language pack if you want to make a language your Windows display language (that's the language you see most often in Windows and apps).
    • Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Settings, and then tap Change PC settings.

    Change your Windows display language
    To change your Windows display language (that's the language you see most often in Windows and apps), first add a language, download and install the language pack, and then follow these steps.

      (If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, click Settings, and then click Change PC settings.)

    • Tap or click Set as primary to move the language to the top of the list. If the language can become your Windows display language, you'll see Will be display language after next sign-in appear under the language.
    • Sign out and then sign back in to finish.

    I suggest you to check if you are able to change the language in the lock screen by following the steps below:

    • In the lock screen click on the last icon from the right.
    • Select English from the menu.

    If this option is not available, in the lock screen, hold the Windows key and use Space bar key to change language.

    Keyboard language changing itself

    Hello,

    Thank you for the reply.

    1. Which language was used to install the operating system?
    2. Is the account that you are currently using, an administrator account?
    3. Are you aware of any changes made on your PC, prior to this issue?
    4. Which build version Windows are you currently using?

    Reply with the information to the above question in order to assist you with appropriate troubleshooting steps.

    Let us few troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue and check if that helps. I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the language packs.

    To do that,

    1. Type Cmd in the Windows search bar.
    2. Right click on Command prompt and select
      Run as administrator option.
    3. Now type lpksetup.exe and tap on Enter.
    4. Click on the Uninstall display languages option.
    5. Select the languages and click on Next.
    6. You will be prompted for a restart, restart your PC for the changes to be applied.

    Reinstall the language pack and check if you are facing this issue.

    Also check if there are any pending updates and update your PC, Refer the article on

    for steps to update your PC.
