Windows 10: Microsoft account got locked cant recover!

I'll begin from the start of the events that led to my problem. I downloaded malware from the internet which resulted in my pc getting hacked and of course my passwords being hacked too.The hacker got my Microsoft account details and probably leaked it somewhere. I reset my password and thought everything will be fine. A few days later I logged into my email to see multiple login attempt emails.I read a few articles saying that if they don't know your password, no need to worry. But due to multiple unsuccessful attempts, my account got locked.The only way to unlock my account was to reset the
