Windows 10: Microsoft account hacked with the email changed, tried everything on forms and contact but...

my microsoft account got hacked the other day, and i've been trying to get it back since, no tries have been successful, i forgot the password to the other email i used to contact them in which the resolution email was sent, i'm stuck here trying to get my account back, they said that my account has been closed already, the email was changed to iup*****@*****limail.ru which is NOT mine, my security email was removed from it, i have so much proof of the account being mine, ive already tried the forms and whatever, multiple times, all of them saying that it has been unsuccessful, if there's an

Hacked microsoft account, changed email

My microsoft account has been hacked and the email has been changed. I can not log in to the account because email and password have been changed. I've tried contacting support but all i got from it was just to send the account recovery form but when i do i get back an email saying that "our automated system has determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership".

 

Unauthorized Emails from my account?

It is more than likely that your email account was hacked, either by a virus sniffing your password, or just simply hacked.

Either way, change your password on your email account. Unfortunately the damage by already be done. They already have your contact list and your email address associated with that contact list. There is nothing stopping them from sending out emails using their own SMTP servers to everyone on your contact list and claiming the emails are from your email address. They don't actually have to have access to your yahoo account or even any yahoo server to send emails to people that come from your address.

 

Microsoft account hacked and email changed an no way of changing it back.

Back in October of 2022, during the microsoft info breach my account was hacked and my email was changed. I have done the recovery form and was able to confirm that I own the account, but every time i go to change the password it says the account does not exist. I cannot get into contact with a human at microsoft. Please help.
