Windows 10: Microsoft Account Hacking - Zero Support form Microsoft

My MS account was hacked within 5 minutes in late July this year. I was sent suspicious activity emails from microsoft but did not get to read them until about an hour after. The first one stated activity from a Russian IP address, The next ones advised my details removed and the new email on my account was a Russian .ru one so I could not access anymore. MS did not question this at all and let this happen within 5 minutes. I am UK based with a UK IP and email address how on earth can MS just let it be taken over by a .ru one!!! After badgering MS they did suspend my MS account some 3 days aft

As I said before, there is no point in contacting Microsoft staff for support for a hacked account because there is a security measure that you must take because helping anyone access personal information without verifying account ownership puts users' data at risk, Therefore, the employees will request to fill out the Account Recovery form in order to verify the ownership of the account. which I have previously explained how you can do that

2. Sign in with your current Microsoft account credentials.

4. Choose the product that you need help with.

5. Type in the search bar your issue

6. Click on the "Contact support" button at the bottom of the page.

7. Select "Account" as the category of your issue.

8. Choose "Contact support" to reach a support agent.
