Windows 10: Microsoft account has been hacked

Hey everyone,I'm dealing with a frustrating situation right now—my Microsoft account was hacked recently. The hackers changed my email and password, and it seems they've linked it to another phone number. I've tried the account recovery process several times, but I keep getting denied.I'm really confused about why they're rejecting my requests. Isn't it obvious that something's wrong, especially since I've had this account for five years without ever changing my password or security settings?If anyone has any tips or advice on how I can regain access to my account, I'd really appreciate it!Tha

How cans someone hack into my Microsoft account when I have the two step verification .. that can only be approved from my cell phone?

 

77000 Steam accounts hacked every month

Ironically I've had the same crappy password since I made my Steam when HL2 came out and never been hacked, but I've had my Origin account jacked twice with a much more complicated password. 2 step on Origin fixed this problem, but just thought it was kind of funny. I went with 2 step on Steam to be safe too.
