Windows 10: Microsoft Account Locked 35 Days Now. No help from a real person, tell me to fill out...

Account locked suddenly 35 days ago. Filled out account recovery and reinstatement forms. Had this account since 1999, can't access emails, microsoft 365, xbox live, skype, NOTHING. No tech support can help, says its a security issue. I do no know what else to do, have filled out account recovery forms 6 times now and I get no response back. This is absolutely crazy. I have personal emails, business emails, tax information, and accounts that I need my email for. Anybody else have any clue what to do? Know anyone personally that works for Microsoft Security team to help fix this? reference numb

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

I suggest you to try the below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to log-in Live.com/ Outlook.com from the Microsoft account you are facing issue with.

Try to edit your personal information from the browser and check if the issue persists.

If the issue still persists,

Step 2: I suggest you to log-in to your user account from different browser on different browser, try to edit your personal information and check if the issue persists.

Step 3: If the issue still persists, I suggest you to run Microsoft account troubleshooter.
