    Microsoft Account Mobile OTP Not Received


    I have created a new Microsoft account and added my phone number as a recovery option. But now When I am trying to install anything from Windows Store Microsoft is asking for login and after entering password it's asking for otp but the problem is I didn't receive any otp from Microsoft. And for the info I have good network connections and it's working fine with others otp verification. I need to login into my account please help me.Thanks and Regards,Nisarg Thakkar

    OTP AND BANK RELATED MESSAGES ARE NOT RECEIVED IN NOKIA 520

    My phone has stopped receiving only OTP and BANK RELATED messages. But when i switch the sim to other mobile i receive every message(including OTP and BANK MESSAGES).Suspect my mobile is Hacked.

    i updated lumia 535 mobile with windows 10 one month back

    since last 4 days i am not receiving text sms genereated by system/ otp etc.

    Not able to receive OTP on Nokia Lumia 525

    Hello,

    I am not able to receive OTP from my bank or any other service provider that uses OTP verification method.

    I am using Lumia 525, Windows 8.1.

    Any help is appreciated.
