Windows 10: Microsoft account not syncing after login

Hello, i have not used my microsoft account until recently i decided to login to my pc in the settings and i think its not syncing correctly. #1 the profile photo is not showing#2 it is asking me to constantly login after a restart or a shutdown/power on as if i am setting it up?#3 it is constantly saying something went wrong after i enter password, sometimes it lets me thru, sometimes it says that over and over again.how do i fix this?? what could be causing this?i have already updated to the latest updateshere is a photo of when i click your info in the account settings: the profile p

Microsoft Account not syncing WP8.1

Hi Michael,

We suggest that you manually sync your Microsoft account by following these steps:

• Go to Settings.
• Tap email + accounts.
• Tap and hold your Microsoft account.
• Tap sync.

Check also if you have the correct date and time set on your phone.

• Are you able to login with Microsoft account in web?
• What happens exactly when you try to login using Microsoft account?

I suggest you to login to Microsoft account through online login.live.com, if you are able to login to Microsoft account on web then you can reset the password and then try to login and check if the issue persists.

Not sure what else to suggest but since you mentioned it, try variations of the sync settings on your W8.1 phone. It is just possible that this is causing some confusion with your Microsoft account and the W10 settings.
