Windows 10: Microsoft Account on Windows 11 File Explorer

My Microsoft account is disconnected in file explorer. I input my PIN and it says it'll send a code to my email. There is no email that is ever sent. I have retried several times. I'm getting very frustrated as I cannot talk to a real person about this issue.

Microsoft Internet Explorer renamed to Windows Internet Explorer ?

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
