Windows 10: Microsoft account problem drop down

I keep receiving a message on screen when I open my computer. It is from Microsoft telling me they have a problem with an account. I've followed through the process many times, spending many hours trying to respond but always end with a stalemate. I'm thinking the problem may be with an older account, which I suspect I've never officially closed. It still appears appears in my Setting screen but I have used it for several years, the ISP says that account doesn't exist and in the process, Microsoft says it doesn't exist. I don't know what is going on and I'm not computer knowledgeable enough to solve the problem. I don't seem to find any way to actually talk to someone at Microsoft. Any help would be greatly appreciated..........Jerry

Pull-down or Drop-down Menu?

I decided to uninstall Firefox after the entries in the Favorites doubled.
(Example: the Yahoo Mail sign-in page appears twice in the list. Deleting
one also deletes the other.)

I have been looking for browsers with pull-down or drop-down menus but
could only find Chrome-styled browsers (without pull-down or drop-down menus).

Would anyone suggest an old style browser?

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Navigate to Start>Settings>Accounts.
• In the left pane, click on sign-in options.
• In the right pane select Never from the drop down list for the option
  Require sign-in.
