    I have a spare laptop which I am giving to my son,I use my Microsoft Account to log in and want to know how to remove the log in details from the laptop.If it isn't possible to completely remove my Account is there a way to hide my Account and log in details,Thanks

    Simplest answer: you cannot.

    The applications are tied to your Microsoft account for licensing purposes; even "free apps" have a license. Hence, removal of your Microsoft account invalidates every store application on the phone.

    This is not dissimilar to how an Android or IOS phone requires similar "root" accounts to perform correctly.
