Windows 10: Microsoft account security

La société XTB contourne l’authentification à 2 facteurs puisque qu’elle utilise un piratatage de type localhost en utilisant ma propre adresse via 127.0.0.1 sur mon propre smartphone, auquel a a accès à toutes les fonctions, Microsoft Authenticator ou autre.Est-il possible d’activer une authentification à 2 facteurs, où les 2 facteurs sont des numéros de téléphone dont les cartes sims sont utilisées sur des téléphones sui ne sont pas des smartphones donc non piratable/visualisable via l’utilisation du Netbios ou du SMB1 pour les appareils Apple - c’est ainsi que la société XTB visualise tous

Microsoft account security code - WHY?

a device that isn't trusted. When two-step verification is turned off, you will only have to verify your identity with security codes periodically, when
there might be a risk to your account security."

Overkill.

As Two-Step verification has never been turned on, I presume MS thinks every time I log into access pages on https://account.microsoft.com/ pages I'm a risk to my account. Even from computers listed in the 'Devices" tab of those pages. Even though I have
to supply my MS password to get to those pages.

Are you suggesting I turn two-step verification on, which is what I don't need?

Microsoft Edge TLS Security

After trying everything (not a lot of steps) listed in the Microsoft Edge support site, I did a wider search and found this very simple youtube video that fixed it immediately:

For those who prefer not to click links the steps are simple:

1. Click in the Cortana search bar next to the Win 10 Start button

2. Type internet options

3. Select internet options (control panel) from the list

4. Click on the advanced tab

5. Scroll down to the security section

6. Make sure the following are all clicked:
Use SSL 3.0
Use TLS 1.0
Use TLS 1.1
Use TLS 1.2

7. Click apply

8. Refresh the page that was giving the error and it should now connect.

Hope this helps, it was a 30 second fix after hours of pounding my head against the error with the Support site suggestions.
