Discus and support Microsoft account shows 6 devices 4 are active win10 devices 1 has 2 previous builds listed... in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; Microsoft account shows 6 devices 4 are active win10 devices 1 has 2 previous builds listed under my account for the same device.     Microsoft account shows 6 devices 4 are active win10 devices 1 has 2 previous builds listed...


    Microsoft account shows 6 devices 4 are active win10 devices 1 has 2 previous builds listed under my account for the same device.

    Could not figure out why 1 pc keeps having issues with my microsoft account with error messages, I need to fix my microsoft account

    on this device only.

    So I login with my MS account but still get the error, any way to fix this ?

    Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

    I understand that your laptop is not appearing among the list of trusted devices.

    Thank you for mentioning the steps you have tried to resolve the issue.

    I would suggest you to try the steps below to make sure the laptop has been verified.

    1. Sign in to the main computer with your Microsoft Account.

    2. Press Windows key + I to open settings

    3. Click on "accounts" and select "your account" on the left pane.

    4. Check if the option to verify your identity is available.

    5. If so, click "verify" and follow the on-screen instructions.

    6. Once that is done, begin the setup steps given in the article
    and check again.

    Laptop not listed in Devices in Microsoft Account

    Hi. When I log into my Microsoft account and check under Devices, I only see 3 out of 4 devices that I use with the account. Listed are two nokia windows phones running win 8.1 and 1 hp stream 11 laptop running windows 10.

    My main hp-15 laptop running windows 10 is not listed.

    I've tried the steps here:

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/what-is-trusted-device

    to make it a trusted device but it doesn't make my hp-15 laptop listed.
