Windows 10: Microsoft Account Sign In Blank White screen Issue

Hello ,Recently on my LaptopWindows 11 Home Single Language I discovered an Issue while trying to Sign in to my microsoft account from settings ,Microsoft Store ,Edge browser. What happens is that when I try to login, it asks me to choose an account and then after I choose it, the dialogue box goes blank white for a while and then disappears. I tried many different ways and attempts to tackle this issue but in vain.The issue first started with Microsoft Store and I came across it while trying to play a Microsoft Store Installed game. It said there was some profile error and so I signed out a

Let us try to create a new user account with different Microsoft account and check if the issue persist.

If you have already logged in with a Microsoft account, I suggest you to covert that Microsoft account into local account. Later login using newly created local account to create a different Microsoft account.



Step 1: To convert the account, you can do the following:

• Sign in to your Microsoft account on Windows 10.
• Click Start and then PC settings.
• Click Users and accounts and under Your Profile click Disconnect on the right of the screen.
• Enter your Microsoft account's password, and click on Next.
• Type in a Username, Password, and Password Hint that you want set for your Local account and click
  Next. Click on Sign out and Finish button.

• Is this the only account on the computer?
• Was this account upgraded from previous version of Windows?

It looks like you are using a local account. I suggest you follow these steps:

• Click on search in taskbar and type account.
• Click on Accounts.
• Now, under Your account, click on Sign in with Microsoft account instead.
• Enter your Local account password for confirmation and then follow the screen instruction.
• Enter User name credentials for your the new Microsoft account and click OK.
