Windows 10: Microsoft account stays logged in even after logging out

I couldn't find a suitable place for this question, so I went with "Windows."The short if it: my Microsoft account stays logged in even after logging out, on Chrome browser, Windows 10. No matter how many times I sign out, everytime I go back to accounts.microsoft.com my account remains signed in I don't need to enter any username/password, it's just still signed in. The only remedy I've found is to delete all history and cookies for live.com, microsoft.com, and maybe a couple other domains I don't recall right now --- but that's not a true remedy. When I tell the system to sign out of

If you want to stay logged in to your computer, please follow the steps below:

• Go to Settings.
• Click on Personalization.
• Select Lock screen.
• Click on Screen timeout settings.
• From there you can now change the settings to Never.

Just simply log in with your Microsoft Account.
Switch to Microsoft Account in Windows 10

Just go back to using a local account:
