Windows 10: Microsoft Account Stolen, Email Changed, Cannot Recover through ACSR

Hello, Microsoft Support. I recently made a rather careless mistake and found my Microsoft Account had been completely stolen. My email no longer works to sign in to my account "This email does not belong to a Microsoft Account", and the fake email that showed up in my email due to account detail changes will not work through the Account Recovery form. I am lead to believe that the hacker switched emails a second time so I cannot fill out this form. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated as I have searched the internet for a couple of hours now and can not find a single a

my microsoft account was stolen and the email was changed and the have changed the email again so i cant see what email the used for it the email i saw them change it to was *** Email address is removed for privacy *** if you could please help recover it i would be very grateful shutting down the account would also be ok because i dont want any personal information to be stolen

 

Recover Hacked Microsoft account

I understand that your Microsoft account is hacker and you are unable to change the password for it. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.



Ideally, if the Microsoft account gets comprised or hacked the best option is to change the password for the account. Since you are unable to change the password, I would suggest you to fill the ACSR form and provide as much as accurate information
possible.



To fill the recovery form, navigate to
account.live.com/acsr and provide the email address, phone number, or username for the account you are trying to recover as well as the other requested information.



You may also want to have a look at the tips to fill the recovery form. To see the tips, select
