    I had an issue with Windows. Had a SSD changed on my laptop and since then have been unable to access my account on there, Have gone through forgot password, reset and the laptop wouldnt accept the new password..I noticed it only showed 2 laptops on my microsoft account and no xbox's. then my Bing on mobile started playing up.At the time I got in touch with a rep via live chat cant seem to be able to do that at mo. He stated it was an account issue and he would have to send the issue to a technical team to resolve.Since then had a reply that it went to the harrasment team and as wasnt
