    Microsoft Accounts and Xbox Accounts

So I recently got a Windows Phone, and I linked it to my Microsoft account. However, when I go to the Xbox screen, it doesn't havemy avatar, gamerscore, games, ect. I guess I shouldn't be surprised since I created by Xbox Live account a long time ago, and
I believe it was created seperately from my other account. How can I transfer my Gamertag and Xbox data to my current Microsoft account? Preferbly without having to do it on the Xbox 360 itself.

    Thanks!

Ideally, you'd sign on to the phone with the same account that you have for your Xbox. This keeps all of your game progress, billing, account settings all in the same place.

I don't think it's possible to merge two Microsoft/Live accounts, but you can ask for clarification at the official Xbox forums at

Two sites I have found to be very useful to bookmark:

Microsoft offices worldwide, addresses & phone numbers: Microsoft Worldwide Sites
    - Click your country on the list to get address and phone number to your local Microsoft office, for instance for OP who seems to be from Canada:

    - Although phone numbers are not for support, they at least should be able to tell all necessary regional contact information for Microsoft Support.

Microsoft Support Contact Us worldwide: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/ -Tell shortly about your issue, you will be presented these options:
