    Microsoft alias account...do I need it?


    I seem to have 2 microsoft accounts and don't understand why or if I even need the second. Is there any way to work out what I need to keep and what I can close/delete? Is there any way to actually contact Microsoft tech support anymore? I have tried the help contact page and just go around in circles getting nowhere.
