Windows 10: Microsoft All In One Keyboard Problem

Hello,I just bought the keyboard and start using it. After I use it for a continuous time which is generally not longer than 2 min, some kind of delay appeared to be occuring, both in keyboard and touch-pad. For keyboard, sometimes the letters I pressed are printed after couple of second or sometimes it doesnt work at all. For touch-pad, my cross is moving like I have a constant ping on my computer regardless of what I am working on and I can confirm that these all only happen in this keyboard because everytime this 'error' occured I used a different keyboard and a mouse to see if something is

I suggest you to check if the issue persists when you connect another keyboard to your system.

If the issue is with the keyboard, then suggest you to update the keyboard drivers by following the steps below.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager from the list.
  
• 
  Expand ‘Keyboard’ from the list.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and select ‘update driver software’ and follow the prompts.

Keyboard Layout

This suggests to me that you are using the wrong "keyboard language" for your keyboard, and that therefore you first step would be to determine exactly what language keyboard you have. Possibly have a look at Windows Keyboard Layouts - Globalization | Microsoft Docs.

(The age of any laptop capable of running Windows 10 at all should not be a problem as regards keyboard layout)
