Windows 10: Microsoft All In One Keyboard Shortcuts Not Working Properly

Hello,My keyboard has recently begun minimizing windows whenever I hit combos utilizing ctrl or shift. For example, using Adobe products, if I hit ctrl+shft+V it minimizes, as well as Ctrl+3. It even happens simply when I'm typing sometimes and I can not figure out the common reason why it's doing so. I have just uninstalled and reinstalled the keyboard center and it has not fixed the problem. I looked inside the mouse and keyboard center and am not seeing any shortcuts that would cause this to happen. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled it to no avail. I'm at a loss as to what to do at th

First of all, I would suggest you to install all the latest updates released by Microsoft from Windows Updates and check if that helps or not. And to update your drivers, please follow the steps and let us know if it helps fixing the issue or not:

Open Device Manager by pressing Windows key + X, click on
Control Panel; select System and Maintenance.

• Click on Device Manager.
• In Device Manager, locate Keyboard and double-click to check if it’s working properly.
• Go to Driver tab, then click on Update Driver. And follow the instructions.

Microsoft Designer Keyboard special keys not working properly

Just bought the Microsoft Designer Keyboard and Mouse today, and i'm already having the exact same issues as everyone above:

- No shortcut keys (volume, play/pause, etc..);

- Every time i press one of the shortcut keys, the keyboard constantly freezes and then displays the last 15 characters pressed;

I've done all the steps suggested and everything is still not working.

If i don't solve this issue until the end of this week i'm returning my Microsoft Designer back.
