Windows 10: Microsoft and browser roblox not working

Hello ive been having trouble with roblox on the browser and microsoft store for the whole time ive had this computer. whenever i try and use the browser roblox it does not open, and when i try and to it from the microsoft store one it makes a noise and just shows the words roblox with a white background, then after a minute it closes and repeats when i try and open it again. ive tried everything and nothing has worked its a problem that has been going on for more 2 months and needs to be fixed, many of people have reported this if you read the ratings on the roblox reviews

Roblox links won't open with Microsoft Roblox

The first step still doesn't work, after clicking on a roblox experience on browser I get this if I dont have Roblox Player installed.

I already tried the other 2 steps.

I came to the conclusion that it's probably a problem on Roblox's site for not allowing the MS app to open links from roblox because they made a different file type for each of them


and you can only change the ROBLOX one to MS Roblox and Roblox Player, the ROBLOX-PLAYER one can only use the Roblox Player version.

1. Microsoft Store Cache Cleanup

• Right-click the Start icon and select "Windows Terminal (Administrator)" -> Enter: wsreset.exe
  

2.Reset Microsoft Store

• Open "Settings" -> Applications -> Applications and Features -> Find "Microsoft Stroe", select -> "Advanced Options" and reset
  

3. Uninstall and reinstall Roblox

• Download it on the internet and use roblox from your browser and try to see if the problem persists.
  
• You need to uninstall roblox in the application settings (Settings -> Apps -> Apps & features -> find the roblox app inside the right input box and click uninstall), then click on the link here, click on the game and it will ask you to install roblox.

Roblox links won't open with Microsoft Roblox

It's strange that selecting "Microsoft Store" from the options still leads to the error message you shared. You could try uninstalling both the Roblox Player app and the Microsoft Store Roblox app, and then reinstalling the Microsoft Store Roblox app from the Microsoft Store. Once it's installed, try opening a Roblox link again and see if it opens in Microsoft Store Roblox.

If that doesn't work, you may want to try clearing your browser cache and cookies and then restarting your browser. Sometimes old settings can get stuck in the cache, which can cause issues with opening certain links.
