Windows 10: microsoft and xbox sign in problem

Hello Microsoft I can't sign in to my Microsoft ACC it gives me the error "too many requests" the same as the Xbox error code is 0x8007003B please get in touch with me as fast as you can my Gmail is "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***"

Xbox Insider Hub does not appear in the Microsoft Store

Hi,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Community.

1. Did you make any changes to the PC prior to this issue?
   
2. Have you signed in using the Microsoft account?
   
3. Are you able to search for other apps on the Microsoft Store?
   

However, you may follow these steps to check if that helps.

Step 1: Suggest you to run the apps troubleshooter to
fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store.

Step 2: You can also try to manually
download the Xbox Insider Hub from the link.

Microsoft Jigsaw not signing in to Xbox

Certainly I can do that.

However, please would you suggest a category for this question as it does not neatly fit into any of the existing categories?

For example, when I choose "Games", this game is not included in the list of games available to be selected. It's also not a problem with the Xbox App on Widows 10, which works just fine, as do all of the other Windows games I use on Windows 10. Also, the
developer's website is not easy to locate (i.e. I cannot find it.)

How and where do I report a specific problem with this game not signing into Xbox properly?
