Windows 10: Microsoft app not working, feedback hub not working, photos not working

Nothing is working in my windows,


Tried below things,


- Updated latest windows 10

- Run wsreset.exe, throwing error, 'The deployment operation was blocked because of special profile deployment not allowed........

- Tried changing the login id to different one.


Problems are,


Microsoft store not launching at all

To report that, trying feedback hub, that one also not launching at all

Trying to open Photos throwing error, 'The deployment operation was blocked because of special profile deployment not allowed........

Chrome is getting reset always or restart.

Complete system is getting reset on restart.. Its full of problems whenever I use this...


Can some one help me on this....

Feedback Hub not working.

Is this another 1803 gremlin ? I went to use the Feedback Hub installed app and thought I would sign in for this one rather than use it anonymously. All I get is this:





I have tried resetting the app (no change once I try and sign in) and also uninstalling and reinstalling (no change).

If I reset I do get to see the home page (below) but as soon as I sign in its back to the above which I then can not escape from. Even restarting takes me back to that same screen.

 

Feedback Hub is not working

• What are the troubleshooting steps that you have done in an attempt to resolve the issue?
• Have you tried updating the drivers?
• Do you get any error message when you try to log in to the Feedback Hub? If so, what is the error message?
• Did the issue start to happen after installing the Creators Update?

   17. Voice Recorder
   I followed the addressed solutions but nothing works!!
