Windows 10: Microsoft app store and Xbox cannot install or connect to server

Yesterday I had to reinstall windows on my laptop because I installed a new SSD and the old SSD had windows on it. After reinstalling I wanted to install a game from the Xbox store. However this application says that I am not connected to the internet. After a couple of hours I gave up, thinking that that can be done later and I wanted to watch some Netflix. I went to the Microsoft store, which was super slow to start up ~2 min and after ~5 min I got to the Netflix page. I can get the app clicking get, but I cannot install the app. The Microsoft store does basically nothing when I press in

"Server connectivity = blocked" on Xbox app on Windows 10

If your server connectivity is "Blocked", it means that your computer was unable to establish a Teredo IPsec connection to the Quality of Service (QoS) server. Since you've tried the troubleshooting steps from our support page, let's try to restart the "IP
Helper" and "Xbox Networking Service" by performing the following steps below:

1. Press the Windows Key + R to open the Run box.
2. Type "services" and hit enter to open the Services Window
3. Scroll down until you find an entry called “IP Helper”. Right-click on it, and then click Restart.
4. Scroll all the way down to the bottom and do the same thing for “Xbox Live Networking Service”.
5. Close the window, open the Xbox app and check your connection again.

If the issue persists, I recommend that you try connecting your computer to another network to see if that will change the server connectivity on the Xbox app.

Thank you for your response, if troubleshooting Xbox app server connectivity does not work. We suggest that you uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app on your computer. Please follow the instructions below:

    1. Type Windows Powershell in search box.

    2. Right click on Windows Powershell and select Run as administrator.

    3. Copy and paste the following command.

         get-appxpackage *Microsoft.XboxApp* | remove-appxpackage 

4. Press Enter key.

After uninstalling the Xbox app, we suggest you to download and install the app again and check.
