Windows 10: Microsoft Apps Crash Immediately

Hello! I've been having a problem with my Windows Apps for a bit... I noticed that i had a huge unused file that was clogging up the space on my ssd, turns out it was some forza horizon 4 uninstall residue, so naturally I decide to remove it. After around 2 hours trying to change the folder permission to delete it I finally manage to do it, but now all my windows apps won't work. I tried basically everything: resetting the apps, using the troubleshooter, reinstalling through powershell. Nothing seems to work... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Microsoft Health crashes immediately to home screen on Lumia Icon

I recently factory reset my Lumia Icon, so it is running a clean 8.10.14219.341 build. However, now when I start the Microsoft Health app, it crashes immediately to the home screen. I have tried uninstalling
and reinstalling the app multiple times, resetting (or not resetting) the phone after each step, but with no luck. Unfortunately, this means my Band (v1) is nearly useless. Any suggestions?

• What happens when you launch Microsoft Solitaire Collection?
  
• Do you read any error message when you launch the game? If yes, what is the error message?
  
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
  

In the meantime, I suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article

Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store and see if that helps.

MSN News starts and then crashes immediately

I went back in your suggestions and tried this again. Still MSN News starts and fails immediately.
