Windows 10: Microsoft Apps - Rapidly moving between options without any input

Hi,I don't really know how to describe this problem properly, but I've included some gifs below that show what's happening. Essentially, whenever I'm using a Microsoft application, it seems to go crazy and auto-scroll through options without any input whatsoever. This does not happen in any other application Chrome, Spotify, Steam, and so on - everything else works perfectly fine. Snip & Sketch, One Note, Calculator, Xbox for PC, Windows Mail - it's those kinds of applications and more.If I reboot my PC, it will work normally again, but without a few hours or up to a day or two, it will

Microsoft Moves Taskbar Options To Settings In Redstone

More specifically, Windows 10 build 14271, which is the latest version of the Redstone preview that we have to.
It moves further towards the ultimate retirement of the Control Panel.

The desktop one, that is.

Classic as it is, the Settings app is where the action is at in Windows 10 — as more and more options are being moved to this universal application. Redstone has just taken it one step further, and if this trend holds, we could see a range of new options part of Settings by the time this update for the OS arrives.

As noted, the latest version that Microsoft released moves the taskbar configuration options from the desktop Control Panel to Settings.

Take another big step towards this change.

Sd app saving MOVE option is grayed out it will not let me click on it

I would appreciate if you can provide us the following information to help us understand the issue better.

• Since when are you facing this issue?
• Did you make any changes in prior to this issue?
• Is this specific to games?

I suggest you to try the steps below and check if this helps. Since move option is greyed out, I would suggest you to un-install and reinstall the game and check. Follow the below steps.

• 
  Go to Settings and select System.
  
• 
  Click on App & Features, click on game and uninstall the game.
  
• 
  Now click on Storage and select a drive on
  New apps will save to.
  
• 
  Try re-installing the game again and check.

You may try the below suggested steps to disable Input Indicator.

1. Press Windows and
   I key on your keyboard > Click on Personalization.
   
2. Click on Taskbar.
   
3. Click on Turn system icons on or off
   under Notification area.
   
4. Move the slider to off next to
   Input indicator and check the status of the issue.
