Windows 10: Microsoft apps wont connect to internet

Recently, the microsoft apps on my computer Microsft Smart Screen, Cortona, The new weather/news feed button at the task bar, and everyting else wont work. Google works, some games work, but these microsoft apps dont work. I reset the network on my cmoputer, and then it wouldnt let me find any NETWORK at all, until I had to go into task manager and go into some deep settings of the computer. This is a big trouble maker and I couldn't find a solution. My drivers are updated, I have all the windows update, its just so weird, can anyone help?

after i forgot my laptop password , the IT team has solved this problem somehow by creating another admin user account and deleted the old one . since then im facing this issue. otherwise the internet is running perfectly on other browsers. except on Microsoft
edge , the mail application , the store,and microsoft account even the Lenovo ID isnt able to connect to internet. the error ive seen on the store app is 0x80072EFD.

i followed the steps which you´ve mentiond but there was no '' Microsoft Account'' on the list

I would suggest you to perform a System file check
and see if it helps. To do so, do the following:

• Press Windows+X on the keyboard.
• Select Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the Command Prompt window type the following:
  
  sfc /scannow
• Wait for the scan to complete. Restart the computer
  and check for the issue

Also, run Windows Store Apps troubleshooter
using the below steps and check if that helps:

• Go to Start and then type "Troubleshooting".
• Click "View all" on the left of the screen.
• Select "Windows Store Apps" and follow instructions.
