Windows 10: Microsoft Apps wont connect to the internet, everything else does

Dear community, i have a problem with my windows 11 22H2 pc. A few weeks ago the problem started: All Apps from microsoft were not able to connect to the internet this includes windows update, onenote, onedrive while other services had no issues whatsoever google chrome, steam, spotify, .... I got pretty tired of this fast since I use OneDrive on a daily bases and a unsynced cloud is pretty useless. So I reinstalled windows delete old partition, flashed ISO image. This was working for 2 weeks, however a few days ago the issue started occuring again. Now again windows update, windows stor

after i forgot my laptop password , the IT team has solved this problem somehow by creating another admin user account and deleted the old one . since then im facing this issue. otherwise the internet is running perfectly on other browsers. except on Microsoft
edge , the mail application , the store,and microsoft account even the Lenovo ID isnt able to connect to internet. the error ive seen on the store app is 0x80072EFD.

i followed the steps which you´ve mentiond but there was no '' Microsoft Account'' on the list

I would suggest you to perform a System file check
and see if it helps. To do so, do the following:

• Press Windows+X on the keyboard.
• Select Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the Command Prompt window type the following:
  
  sfc /scannow
• Wait for the scan to complete. Restart the computer
  and check for the issue

Also, run Windows Store Apps troubleshooter
using the below steps and check if that helps:

• Go to Start and then type "Troubleshooting".
• Click "View all" on the left of the screen.
• Select "Windows Store Apps" and follow instructions.
