Windows 10: Microsoft apps

After a recent Windows update i started having trouble with Microsoft apps.

Outlook will not save my passwords and keeps crashing

Adobe will not save my password and i have to reenter it every time I open a file

Excel will not open files sent to me or exported from QuickBooks. I get a message that they are in protected view

I keep getting a message there is a problem with my Microsoft account?

I have tried reloading my Office Package

I have tried the Microsoft Support and Recovery tool

I have had my IT company work on it for hours with no luck

Has anyone experienced this and solved the problem?
