Windows 10: Microsoft Appstore not working - Windows 11

Hi,I am using a brand new lenovo thinkpad running windows 11, I have done all troubleshooting i can find including resetting it through apps and even uninstalling and reinstalling through the windows powershell but i am still getting the same error saying "Sorry about that Something went wrong but we are making it right, try refreshing or come back later" Please Help.

Hopefully something there will work if nothing in the main tutorials in my first post that work for most others don't. Please do not skip any steps. We often find out later that the fix was the skipped step. If you need help performing any step I will help.

What's the Insider channel you're in?

Try the steps in Tom's Hardware: How to Use and Sideload Android Apps in Windows 11

It has the requirements listed and the steps to get Amazon AppStore.
