Windows 10: Microsoft Arc Mouse Model 1349 - Lost USB connector - Support for non US/Canada Customers

Microsoft Arc Mouse Model 1349 - Lost USB connector

I'm a Portuguese customer with this same problem, since the contacts available are only for US/Canada customers, I can't solve my problem. Is there a contact (e-mail or other) that we can reach from Portugal/Europe in order to get support or a replacement part?

Microsoft Arc Mouse Model 1349 - Lost USB connector

I have an Arc mouse Model 1349 and I have lost the wireless receiver. Is there any way that I can buy a new one or do I need to buy a new mouse?

 

Microsoft ARC Mouse (1349) Not working in Windows 10

I have an older ARC Mouse (Folding) model 1349 which is not working with Windows 10.

My USB recognizes the transmitter, in fact, the Mouse and Keyboard Center (updated today) Recognizes the mouse.

That said-they do not seem to be pairing.

It worked under Windows 7

Any ideas?
