Windows 10: Microsoft authentication app and my work vpn

someone please assist,


My name is Mellisa Young and i work at home thru a vpn the vpn is cisco anyconnect since i set up the microsoft authentication app on the two devices and i had so much trouble setting them up, hence i have been blocked and can not access my vpn which means i can not work my account for work is different it is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** can you please help no one else can seem to figure out what is going on i know where the issue lays just not where to go to get it addressed and the please assist and thank you for your time
